| DON"T DO IT! rotormasters.com as of a few months ago was selling rotors xdrilled/slotted at very cheap prices both on ebay and over their website. i ordered back in june and have yet to recieve a product from them. 3 days after i ordered i second guessed myself and asked if i could cancel, their response was it has shipped out already. 2 weeks go by and nothing. i call up, they are at the mill and will be ready to ship next week. that was the last time i spoke to someone email response continues up until 2 weeks ago or so. Brian Humphreys, the owner apparently is the only one answering emails (and the domain is registered to him). he apologized and said that they had a major computer crash and that they wouldn't be able to fulfill until aug 3rd. i again asked to cancel and refund my money. they had charged my card the same day i ordered btw which is illegal. Brian replied with, goto paypals site and request a refund. I had paid through credit card. He again replied with goto paypals site. I again told him i paid by credit card on the website. he replied with his personal cell phone number "call me so we can work out a refund" that was the last i've heard from them. i have filed a dispute with my credit card company and that will be taken care of. I also have Brian's home address, phone number, business number and cell in case anyone else feels they have been screwed by this guy. Alex
